Federal prosecutors plan to indict Hunter Biden by the end of the month: Bombshell court filing says president's son likely faces GUN charges that could land him in prison for up to 10 years
Hunter Biden could face charges of illegally possessing a gun while he was using drugs following a bombshell court filing revealing prosecutors want to indict him by the end of September. The president's son had reached a deal that would have allowed him to avoid trial for the firearms charges if he abided by parole conditions over 24 months. But now charges that could land him up to 10 years in prison appear to be back on the table, according to a new filing signed by Special Counsel David Weiss. 'The Speedy Trial Act requires that the Government obtain the return of an indictment by a grand jury by Friday, September 29, 2023, at the earliest,' the filing read. 'The Government intends to seek the return of an indictment in this case before that date.' Hunter Biden is also under investigation for his foreign business dealings, which are also the focus of probes started by House Republicans in Congress.

BREAKING: CDC admits COVID infection could be more likely among vaccinated individuals
CDC admits it
An August 23 update by the CDC states that the variant BA.2.86, dubbed “Pirola”, may be causing increased infections among those who have received the COVID vaccine.
“BA.2.86 may be more capable of causing infection in people who have previously had COVID-19 or who have received COVID-19 vaccines,” the CDC’s risk assessment update reads.
“Scientists are evaluating the effectiveness of the forthcoming, updated COVID-19 vaccine.”
The CDC further stated that they believe yet another booster shot, to be released sometime in the fall, will be effective at reducing severe disease and hospitalization.
The CDC has been at the forefront of providing guidance on COVID-19 prevention and control measures. They have developed and updated guidelines for various aspects of the pandemic, including mask-wearing, social distancing, testing, and vaccination

SpaceX Selling Starlink at Costco Japan as the Starlink Dish Gigafactory Nears Completion
Get ready for millions of Starlink dishes built and sold every month. SpaceX is completing a 521,000 square foot Starlink Ground equipment/dish factory. The factory has the area of three Costcos which average about 180,000 square feet. SpaceX is currently making 150,000 Starlink dishes each month.
Starlink has over 4000 Starlink satellites in space and they can support twenty million customers around the world with those satellites. Currently, most of the nearly 2 million SpaceX Starlink customers are in the USA which only has 4% of the satellites overhead at any moment.
SpaceX is starting to sell Starlink dishes in Costco Japan. This is key to SpaceX growth, they must make millions of dishes and sell them around the world. 96% of the satellites are underused.
IF SpaceX made and sold one million dishes per month starting in November, 2023 then they would double the Starlink customers from 2 million to 4 million at the end 2023 and then have 16 million customers at the end of 2024.
Kentucky & Texas School Districts SHUT DOWN After ‘Surge’ Of COVID Cases
School districts in Kentucky and Texas have shut down schools in response to a so-called “surge” in COVID-19 cases in the area.
The Lee County School District and Magoffin County Schools said they cancelled classes due to “widespread illness.”
“We’re seeing a lot of illness being reported consistent with COVID and influenza,” Scott Lockard, public health director for the Kentucky River District — which includes Lee County — told ABC News. “Lee County had a surge of cases and attendance dropped below the threshold needed to stay open, so they closed.”
“Stay home when you’re sick,” he said. “Previously it was a seen as a badge of courage, ‘Oh I haven’t missed a day of work in 40 years. I went to work sick.’ We don’t want to see people saying that. We want, ‘I had symptoms, so I stayed home because I’m considerate of my coworkers.’”
Judge rules parents can't opt students out of LGBTQ+ curriculum
A federal judge has ruled against a group of parents , saying they have no fundamental right to opt their elementary school-aged children out of reading books in class with LGBTQ+ characters.
Last year Montgomery County Public Schools in Maryland incorporated the books into its English Language Arts curriculum.
Supporters claim the books promote a diverse and inclusive environment for all students.
Initially, parents could choose to opt their children out of reading and learning about the material.
In March, however, the school board instituted a new policy stripping parents of that right.
Under the revised policy schools no longer were required to provide parents with advanced notice of when their children would be reading the books.
The decision sparked major push back from many — including some religious advocacy groups, like the Council on American-Islamic Relations (CAIR).
Republicans In Nine Florida Counties Adopt Resolution Calling For Ban Of COVID Vaccines
Republican executive committees in nine Florida counties—the local arms of the Republican Party of Florida—have adopted a resolution asking Mr. DeSantis and lawmakers to prohibit the sale and distribution of the vaccines in Florida.
The 83-page resolution also asks state Attorney General Ashley Moody to immediately seize all remaining vaccine supplies and conduct a forensic analysis of them.
The so-called "Ban the Jab" resolution adopted by the local Republican executive committees was written by psychotherapist Joseph Sansone.
It was adopted first by local-level GOP officials in Lee County, which includes Ft. Myers. It was then adopted by the committees in Collier, Lake, Santa Rosa, Seminole, St. Johns Hillsborough, and Brevard Counties. Franklin County became the ninth county to pass it on Aug. 19.
"On behalf of the preservation of the human race, the Lee County Republican Party calls upon Gov. DeSantis and the state legislature to prohibit the sale and distribution of Covid injections and all mRNA injections in the state of Florida, and for the state Attorney General to immediately seize all Covid injections and mRNA injections in the state of Florida and have a forensic analysis conducted," the committee said in voting to adopt the resolution.

Biden Looks to Prevent Future President From Ending Ukraine War
The Biden administration is working to reach a deal with Ukraine for long-term military support to keep backing the war with Russia that would be difficult for a future president to exit, The Wall Street Journal reported on Tuesday.
The effort is part of a commitment made by G7 nations at the recent NATO summit in Vilnius to negotiate their own bilateral security deals with Ukraine. Besides the G7 nations, 18 other countries have agreed to provide long-term military support for Kyiv.
The idea of the long-term commitment is to show Russia that it can’t wait out the Biden administration. The Journal report reads: “Western officials are looking for ways to lock in pledges of support and limit future governments’ abilities to backtrack, amid fears in European capitals that Donald Trump, if he recaptures the White House, would seek to scale back aid.”
Revisiting Paradise California – Where Are The Chimneys?
In the pictures below, we find that the houses in Paradise, California destroyed during the alleged wildfire on November 8, 2018. Notice that unburned trees surround the houses razed to the ground.
How could the houses be destroyed by a wildfire fed by burning trees when none of the trees in the forest surrounding the homes burned? The answer is disturbing, but it is the only logical answer: the buildings were immolated through directed energy weapons.
The unburned trees are a clue that directed energy weapons were used. One of the two principal directed energy weapons uses microwaves. Microwaves have little effect on wood and paper because they absorb little of the microwaves. It is similar to putting a paper plate in a microwave oven. It will not burn. But putting aluminum foil into that same microwave oven will spark and catch fire. Another directed energy weapon developed by the military uses lasers, which are able to burn wood and other combustible materials.

On Sunday, August 27, SDF [US Kurdish Contras] imposed a curfew in Hasakah city [north-east Syria], cutting off main roads and carrying out raids on civilians homes in the “Nashwa – Villas” neighborhood.
Many SDF members armed with various types of medium machine guns and military vehicles took part amid high security alert. SDF obligated civilians through loudspeakers to close their shops and forced them to stay in their homes without mentioning the reasons. They announced later the launching of “Strengthening Security” campaign to pursue ISIS cells in Deir Ezzor.
CDC Responds to Mask Mandate Claims
The U.S. Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) has responded to speculation that the agency could be bringing back mask mandates on public transportation or in federal officials.
A spokesperson for the CDC told The Epoch Times on Aug. 29 that COVID-19 hospital admission levels “are currently low for more than 96 percent” of the United States, but that the agency recommended that transportation workers, travelers, passengers, and others get the COVID-19 vaccine “before they travel.”
“Anyone may choose to wear a mask in crowded or poorly ventilated indoor areas, including on public transportation and in transportation hubs at any time,” the CDC spokesperson said.
The agency also doesn’t currently have any mandate in effect, and the “CDC’s advice for individual and community actions around COVID-19 are tied to hospital admission levels,” the spokesperson said.
Proud Boy leader Joseph Biggs sentenced to 17 years for Jan. 6 crimes
A former leader in the far-right Proud Boys group was sentenced Thursday to 17 years in prison, just shy of the longest punishment imposed on a participant in the Jan. 6, 2021, riot at the U.S. Capitol.
“That day broke our tradition of peaceful transfer of power,” said U.S. District Judge Timothy J. Kelly as he sentenced Joseph Biggs, 39, of Florida. “We don’t have it anymore.”
Biggs was one of four Proud Boys found guilty at trial earlier this year of engaging in a seditious conspiracy to keep Donald Trump in power by force, along with obstructing Congress and other crimes.

The SEC and DOJ Are Doing Damage Control for 5-Count Felon JPMorgan Chas
In much of the United States, if a person is convicted of a felony after conviction on two prior felonies, they receive a severe prison sentence. It’s known as the Three Strikes Law. But if you are the largest bank in the United States, charged by the U.S. Department of Justice with five felony counts since 2014, along with other major crimes for which you are given a non-prosecution agreement, not only do you not get harsher treatment for each new criminal act, but you actually get two federal law enforcement agencies doing damage control for you.
We’re talking about JPMorgan Chase and its cozy relationship with the Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) and certain officials within the U.S. Department of Justice (DOJ).
Take, for example, what happened on June 22 of this year. The SEC issued a Cease-and-Desist order against the securities unit of JPMorgan Chase for permanently deleting 47 million emails, many of which were under subpoena or document requests from its regulators, including the SEC. (One could be forgiven for thinking that sounds a lot like obstruction of justice by a serial lawbreaker. JPMorgan Chase said Deletion-Gate was all one big accident.)
Latest Grifting by Supreme Court Justice Clarence Thomas Is Just Tip of the Iceberg
After the public interest news outlet, ProPublica, revealed more grifting by Supreme Court Justice Clarence Thomas in April, the Supreme Court finally released the much delayed financial disclosure form for calendar year 2022 for Thomas yesterday. Thomas grudgingly provided details of some of that grifting involving billionaire Harlan Crow.
But this latest grifting saga is just the tip of the iceberg for Thomas and his wife, Virginia “Ginni” Thomas.
In 2011 the watchdog group, Protect our Elections, filed a bar complaint with the Missouri Supreme Court. At the time, Thomas was admitted to practice law in the State. The complaint asked for the disbarment of Thomas on the following grounds:
Hundreds of ULEZ cameras destroyed by vigilante group following wider London roll-out
The camera map, published on a popular anti-ULEZ Facebook page, allows users to update it when a camera has been rendered out of action. The black pins represent cameras that are now missing or damaged.
In the southeast town of Orpington, just two of the new number plate recognition cameras were in working order on the day of the ULEZ expansion after vigilantes smashed, spray-painted, or cut the wires of 14 cameras on a single road.
Video footage and photographs of disruptors vandalizing the cameras have been published on social media, much to the delight of those critical of the scheme.
Despite their criminal activity, the vigilantes have received political support, including from a former Conservative Party leader and cabinet minister, Sir Iain Duncan Smith, who insisted he was “happy” for Londoners to fight back because “they are facing an imposition that no one wants and they have been lied to about it.”

Fluoride Action Network's Review of Fluoridation and the Battle Against It – September 2023 Edition
An association of dentists that stresses the removal of mercury amalgam fillings has joined the call to repeal water fluoridation after the release of a National Toxicology Program report that found fluoride is a neurotoxin at exposure levels found in fluoridated communities.
The aluminum company ALCOA has killed over 150 fluoride-poisoned koalas at its smelter in Victoria, but says humans are not affected by the toxic pollution.
In reiterating a point he made seven years ago, Fluoride editor Dr. Bruce Spittle notes that the recent report of an association between fluoride exposure and hypothyroidism may explain other fluoride-induced developmental disorders.

Russian authorities have said eight bodies have been recovered thus far. FT has summarized the following details of emerging Wagner statements:
A post by Grey Zone, a Wagner-connected social media channel, claimed Russian anti-aircraft defences had shot down the plane. It said that residents heard “two bursts of characteristic air defense fire” before the crash. “This is confirmed by inversion traces in the sky in one of the videos,” it added. Mash, a news outlet on social media app Telegram, said locals had heard two loud bangs before the crash.

Excess Mortality Just Got Even Worse: Ed Dowd Drops Alarming New Data
Former Blackrock asset manager and prominent data analyst Ed Dowd recently brought forth worrying data on the Dr. Drew show. Death rates among children in the UK are climbing — and fast.
According to yearly excess death data, available at phinancetechnologies.com, the years 2020 and 2021 had negative excess mortality rates, at -9% and -7%, respectively. This means that the death rate among children in that age group was less than anticipated for those years.
These rates dramatically shifted to 16% more deaths than anticipated in 2022 and a projected 22% more deaths than anticipated in 2023. Dowd blamed this rise in mortality on the COVID-19 vaccine rollout for this age group, which commenced in September 2021 for 12 to 15-year-olds and April 2022 for 5 to 11-year-olds.
US Corporate Bankruptcies Are On The Rise
In March, Silicon Valley Bank collapsed, plunging its parent company SVB Financial Group into bankruptcy a week later.
While many expected a wave of bank failures to follow, much of this has since been averted - but cracks have begun to emerge with Moody’s recent downgrading of 10 small and mid-sized banks.
Across the wider corporate landscape, bankruptcies have begun to tick higher. Overstretched balance sheets coupled with 11 interest rate hikes since last year have added to mounting challenges for companies across many sectors.

So far in 2023, over 400 corporations have gone under. Corporate bankruptcies are rising at the fastest pace since 2010 (barring the pandemic), and are double the level seen this time last year.
Xi, Putin Hail First BRICS Expansion In Over A Decade As Gulf Oil Powers Join
At a moment China and Russia have envisioned the future of BRICS as fundamentally an anti-Western bloc of developing nations, the Gulf oil powers Saudi Arabia and the United Arab Emirates have been formally invited to become members, which marks the bloc's first expansion in over a decade.
"The membership will take effect from the first of January, 2024," South African President Cyril Ramaphosa said, adding that additionally Argentina, Egypt, Ethiopia and Iran will be added to the fold next year. China’s President Xi Jinping hailed the rare expansion, beyond the current large economies of China, Russia, Brazil India, China and South Africa as "historic". He said it will "inject new impetus into the BRICS cooperation mechanism and further strengthen the power of world peace and development."
RFK Jr. Says He Would Sign ‘Assault Weapons’ Ban if it Reached His Desk
When RFK Jr. was asked about an “assault weapons” ban, the question was framed to reflect strong Democrat support for such a measure.
RFK Jr. responded, “If we can get a consensus on it, if Republicans and Democrats agreed and it passed Congress, I would sign it.”
He made his statement about an “assault weapons” ban just minutes after intimating that guns are not problem. He indicated that Americans have always had guns, and that Americans used to bring firearms to school for “gun clubs,” and no one thought of shooting at children.

USDA Caught Pumping mRNA Vaccines Into All Organic Produce Across America
In 2019 the National Organic Standards Board (NOSB), an advisory committee of the USDA, decided to allow the use of mRNA vaccines produced through “excluded methods” or genetic modification in organic food production.
According to OrganicEye, an industry watchdog, USDA-certified organic producers all across America are using mRNA and GE vaccines in their livestock even though it goes against the principles of organic farming.
“In discussions pursuant to vaccines at previous NOSB meetings, some certifiers, accredited by the USDA… have publicly admitted that they do not even check to determine if vaccines violate the prohibition against genetic engineering.”
This potential fraud and deception in the organic industry indicate that “Big Ag,” or the large agricultural corporations, have been chipping away at the integrity of organic standards – clean and natural food production, free from synthetic inputs and genetic modification.

Mississippi Health Department offers churches, businesses $1,000 to join COVID vax program
(LifeSiteNews) — The Mississippi State Department of Health (MSDH) is offering businesses and churches money in exchange for promoting COVID-19 vaccination despite persistent doubts about the need and safety of the shots.
On Monday, MSDH announced via social media that businesses and faith organizations can receive $1,000 for participating in the state’s Communities Conquering COVID vaccination education program.
“The program will train representatives from barbershops, salons, churches and faith-based organizations as community health advocates to provide vaccination education and materials to their members and clients,” the announcement says. In addition to training, the post says participants will distribute COVID test kits and vaccination material, and help with local vaccination events.
